The hotel is brand new! I Everything was exceptional, from the staff to the 24/7 service we received. My husband and I stayed for 10 nights and we regretted not extending our stay. Breakfast was delivered daily to our room. The staff is amazing and very friendly; Omar helped us with almost everything.

The reception staff were outstanding and deserve great recognition and appreciation.Breakfast was to perfection.

We stayed here last minute for one night after a change of plans brought us to Cairo, and it turned out amazing! The place was super clean, and the breakfast had a nice variety and was really fresh. The staff were all really friendly and polite, which made us feel welcome. They provided us with cold water on arrival at check in after a very humid walk to the hotel from the bus station. The water pressure in the rain shower was awesome and v . We even got upgraded to a suite for free, which was a nice surprise. The mattress was comfortable, the AC units were on point and the bathroom was very clean and had toiletries for guest use. The bedroom images in the booking.com page actually reflect reality - something we've learnt isn't always the case with other hotels.
