Clean and comfortable hotel. Very polite staff.

Every thing was very clean , decoration was smart and beautiful

The staff were really kind. the price is very good. The view was amazing. Facilities were very nice. Omar and all his team were very kind. Very good team.

We stayed here last minute for one night after a change of plans brought us to Cairo, and it turned out amazing! The place was super clean, and the breakfast had a nice variety and was really fresh. The staff were all really friendly and polite, which made us feel welcome. They provided us with cold water on arrival at check in after a very humid walk to the hotel from the bus station. The water pressure in the rain shower was awesome and v . We even got upgraded to a suite for free, which was a nice surprise. The mattress was comfortable, the AC units were on point and the bathroom was very clean and had toiletries for guest use. The bedroom images in the booking.com page actually reflect reality - something we've learnt isn't always the case with other hotels.

The hotel is brand new! I Everything was exceptional, from the staff to the 24/7 service we received. My husband and I stayed for 10 nights and we regretted not extending our stay. Breakfast was delivered daily to our room. The staff is amazing and very friendly; Omar helped us with almost everything.

The room is the same as it is postedThe rooms are very clean. To be honest i was really hesitant with booking the room because it is not a big hotel however its cleanliness and how the furniture and room are brand modern and new. The staff are very helpful.The hotel is a one floor so when u follow google maps it will take u to the location.

The reception staff were outstanding and deserve great recognition and appreciation.Breakfast was to perfection.
